Offers for Military Members

Eligibility*

1. This program is available to eligible active-duty military members and veterans who are new or existing residential fiber or wireless internet customers. All service tiers qualify.
2. Both active and retired military members are eligible to receive the discount for the lifetime of their account. No ongoing re-verification is required. The credit applies only to the qualifying customer and cannot be transferred to other household members.
3. The Salute 10% monthly credit cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts.

Validation*

1. New customers must provide proof of eligibility by emailing a clear image of an acceptable form of military identification to help@silocomm.net.
        -If verification is completed at the time of signup,  the 10% monthly credit will be applied immediately.
        -If verification is completed within 30 days of signup, the credit will begin on the next billing cycle.
2. Existing eligible customers may enroll by contacting our customer care team by phone or email at 815-457-7456.
3. A valid military ID is accepted as proof of eligibility for veterans.
