There is a one-time, non-refundable installation charge of $100 which applies to all new wireless services. Customer can provide their own router (must be compatible) or one can be purchased from Silo Communications for an additional charge. ***Additional install charges may apply in rare situations - customers will be informed of these charges before time of install.***
